A key member of the Finance team, the Director of Procurement is responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive and sustainable procurement function, including strategic sourcing and supplier management. This role will build new procurement capabilities and infrastructure, focused on developing comprehensive procurement guidance.

We’re looking for a Procurement Risk & Business Continuity Specialist to join us initially on 12-months fix term basis in Poland. As a member of our team, you will be working on a project for our clients and supporting their procurement team and supply chain.

Design and lead strategic community engagement programs that strengthen trust, transparency, and collaboration in communities where large-scale power and infrastructure projects are developed and operated. Guide a team of Community Engagement Professionals, shaping engagement strategies from early siting through operations, working cross-functionally with Development, Permitting, and Policy teams.

As an Implementation Project Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for merchants and 3PL partners after the deal is signed, guiding them through a smooth and successful setup with Passport. You love connecting with people, managing projects, solving problems, and creating structure out of chaos. You’ll work closely with brands, fulfillment centers, and internal teams to make sure each launch runs smoothly, is delivered on time, and sets the customer up for long-term success.

Assist with the successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure of client projects. Understand client requirements and help engage the global team in the fulfillment of these requirements, crafting client solutions based on the Welocalize Four Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation and Global Teamwork. The ideal candidate is a driven but steady individual, capable of building relationships across the entire project team.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with the agency account teams and functional departments across all channels to ensure all client work is delivered on time and on budget. You will serve as the key point-person who understands the scope of a client engagement and will manage how work gets done within the agency.

The Commodity Manager – IT & Professional Services leads and manages the Global Supply Management process for these categories, driving productivity, cost improvement, and risk mitigation by building strong relationships with key stakeholders (IT, Engineering, Marketing, HR, Product Management) and suppliers. The position negotiates contracts, ensures supplier capacity and capability, and partners with corporate teams to deliver cost reduction, competitive advantage, and supply continuity through global sourcing.
