This role is responsible for all billing processing and automation, eliminating bad debt caused by Branch's billing procedures, also managing non-renewals, cancellation notices, and compliance. You will oversee Front correspondence with agents and insureds and collaborate with Development to prepare Staff for marketing, thereby generating revenue for Branch.

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will lead the preparation, implementation and evaluation of two major initiatives with potential to improve community health: the Joy of Literacy Initiative (JOLI) and Medical Legal Partnership (MLP). The JOLI program aims to improve kindergarten readiness by promoting the use of early literacy tools in the preschool classroom and at home. The MLP program provides free civil legal services to address Health Harming Legal Needs.

The Advocate Lifecycle Manager will lead the non-clinical journey of the advocate team, from onboarding and training to ongoing support and engagement. This position will focus on developing and scaling systems, tools, and processes necessary to ensure advocates consistently provide excellent care. The role involves owning the full operational lifecycle of advocates, designing onboarding programs, and developing systems to drive engagement and satisfaction.

This person will be responsible for managing a strategic portfolio of projects; including opening new markets, leading M&A due diligence and integration, implementing strategic capital projects in our distribution facilities, launching private label products and managing other efforts to drive top line growth and expand margins.
